Dear Sales Team, We are currently working on an apartment interior project in Korea and are looking for Ultra Thin Porcelain / Flexible Wall Panels (MCM) with custom designs based on images selected for the Korean market. Please find our detailed requirements below: 1. Panel Dimensions & Specifications * Overall size: 5,000 mm (W) × 2,700 mm (H) * Thickness: 3 mm and 4 mm Depending on site conditions, the 5,000 mm width can be divided into the following panel configurations: * Option A – 4 Panels: 1,250 + 1,250 + 1,250 + 1,250 mm × 2,700 mm * Option B – 5 Panels: 700 + 1,200 + 1,200 + 1,200 + 700 mm × 2,700 mm * Option C – 5 Equal Panels: 1,000 + 1,000 + 1,000 + 1,000 + 1,000 mm × 2,700 mm The panels will be joined on site, with the finished feature wall designed to appear as seamless as possible, without visible joints. 2. Design & Image Quality We will provide 6 design images for your review. We will select only a few of these images for the final project. Before producing physical samples, please confirm: * Are the resolution and quality of our images sufficient to produce sharp, high-definition Soft Porcelain / MCM panels at 5,000 × 2,700 mm? * Can you check the images and advise whether they are suitable for large-format printing? * Can you prepare a full-size digital mockup/design preview of the 5,000 × 2,700 mm wall before physical sample production? * Can you provide a visual preview showing how the selected image will look on the complete 5,000 × 2,700 mm wall? * After reviewing and approving the digital design, we will proceed with physical samples. We would like to confirm that the final printed image will remain clean, sharp and high-resolution when produced at this large size. 3. Quotation Request Please provide your best quotation for both 3 mm and 4 mm thicknesses. We would also like to know whether you can provide a full digital design draft before production so that we can review it with our project team and approve the final artwork. Hello, Could you supply relatively weak natural rock with a uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) of 80 MPa or less? A low price would be preferred. The rock should ideally have no holes, cavities, or prominent stripes/veins. I do not have any photos available. The required dimensions are listed below.
